A blog post on a Sunday? What is going on? Well, I felt I had to break the pattern a bit, so it does not get too boring for you and I over time. You can expect that there will continue to be blog posts, just on a less rigid schedule. And now that the weather is finally getting better after months of very low temperatures, snow and rain, there will also be a lot more pictures. Tadaaaa, here are some Spring impressions from the windy city. Enjoy!

First official icecream Chillin’ on our rooftop terrace
Hi Simone,
I can see you are really getting acclimated: ice cubes in the white wine glasses!
What will all the Germans think?! 😉
All the best, Oliver
Hah, you’re so right and you know what: I didn’t even notice that. Seems like we are getting acclimated, indeed.
Love your chillin on your rooftop terrace!! I want to make myself a lovely platter of fruit & cheese like that & chill on our balcony. But wow, ice cubes in the wine! I’m American & that still seems strange to me. Please tell me they are not putting ice in the red wine. That is a total no-go! 😉
Hah, no, I promise, no ice in red wines. Though, I might even consider doing that, because I’m not a big fan of red and it might elevate my experience. 🙂
